Spa Booking Form

Please be mindful of the contact information you send our way - we don't want to reveal a surprise spa treatment to your unsuspecting loved one(s)! 

Your Spa booking is currently reserved on a provisional basis until confirmed by a member of our Reservations Team. A representative from The Spa will contact you within 48 hours to request these details. Once received an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. In the event of card details not being received within 7 days of receiving your booking, unfortunately, your reservation will be automatically released.

All bookings will be confirmed via email by a member of our team. Subject to availability.

Treatments cannot be offered to anyone under the age of 18.

All 16/17-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the spa.

We are certain that you will thoroughly enjoy your visit to The Relaxation Burrow at The Rabbit and we look forward to welcoming you soon. Please note that the cost of your spa experience is not inclusive of a 5% optional gratuity for your Therapist that will be applied to your final balance on departure.
