- 35ml Jawbox Apple & Ginger Gin
- 15ml Fireball
- 35ml Cranberry Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar
- Topped with London Essence Ginger Beer
- Garnished with smoked rosemary
How to make it:
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Hold the Ginger Beer & Rosemary
- Fill shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake
- Strain into a glass or mug
- Top with Ginger Beer

- 35ml Born Irish Whiskey
- 15ml Disaronno
- Lemon Juice
- 10ml Agave Syrup
- Finished with a Guinness head
- Chocolate twist to garnish
How to make it:
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Hold the Guinness
- Fill shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake
- Strain into a coupe
