An hour-long yoga class preformed on our very own beach as the sun peeks up from the horizon gives your body a chance to wake up physically and your mind the opportunity to reset from yesterday and get ready to tackle the day ahead.

The beautiful morning views make the environment even more peaceful and calming, and you can literally watch the sun rise while practicing!
